Tales From The Bookhouse originally appeared in As You Were #4: Living Situations. This comic is a straight up love letter to my favorite punk house in Philly. We were a relatively short lived fixture of South Philly punk life, but nothing good lasts forever. This is also an interesting comic because I was just beginning to make the switch from traditional pen and ink with a little bit of photoshop, to fully digital pages. You can see the learning curve a bit, and I maybe got a little too wild with textures, but hey, every comic should be a learning experience.
