I got my start in comics through the sadly now inactive If You Make It website. IYMI was a really rad place on the web to check out punk and indie bands in the late aughts'. Their Pink Couch Sessions were always a hoot. They decided it would be cool to have a comics page and reached out to some cartoonists in the punk scene. I'm very fortunate that my pal Liz Prince arm twisted me into getting into auto-bio after being out of the comics scene or I might not be making comics today!
